The chef makes his special homemade Alfredo sauce, adds the Fettucine pasta and then prepares the entire dish live on camera.

Marco Polo’s at Viana Hotel & Spa, Brasserie Americana at the Inn at Great Neck and Super’s Cafe at 4 Points by Sheraton Plainview. Each kitchen creates an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert as well as a mixed drink. The guests judge each course and the team with the highest score wins.
