Feng Shui
Viana was designed from the ground up with authentic Feng Shui principles, in partnership with Feng Shui Long Island and interior designer Jorge Portero. The colored glass Bagua compass in the lobby floor. The precise placement of furniture, art, color, and light in every guest room. None of it is decorative. It’s structural — woven into the architecture so guests feel the difference the moment they walk through the door.
Sustainability
As Long Island’s only green-built Feng Shui hotel, Viana was constructed as a LEED-certified property from day one. Solar energy, recycled insulation, bamboo flooring, low-VOC finishes, smart energy controls, paperless operations, and indoor air quality that surpasses outdoor standards.
